Podgorica Airport is situated 11 km southwest from Podgorica. The airport is called Golubovci, after a small town of Golubovci which is located in the vicinity of the airport. Podgorica Airport serves international flights by which it is connected with major European cities; there are no domestic flights because the other Montenegrin airport, Tivat, is only 80 km away.
How to get from Podgorica Airport to Podgorica
There is unfrotunately no organized transport from the airport; no shuttle bus and no public transport. Therefore, the only possible way to get to Podgorica town is by taxi or private transfer service. If you decide to take a taxi you will find them parked in front of the airport building.
